 PANEL DISCUSSION
Veteran Affairs’ Path to Innovation with Kontakt.io RTLS Solutions

Veteran Affairs’ Health (VA)  is the largest integrated healthcare network in the United States, with 1,255 healthcare facilities serving 9 million enrolled Veterans each year.

In our panel, we had the privilege to sit down with Jeffrey Saura, CTO of Emerging Healthcare Technologies Integrations at VA, and Greg Merrill, Program Analyst at VA, as we discuss their journey of digital transformation in their Orlando facility and the outcomes that are delivered through Kontakt.io’s RTLS solutions.

**You will learn:**

- What the initial motivation behind starting the asset tracking and indoor wayfinding projects was.
- How the pandemic affected the urgency of the project, and how it revealed other necessary use cases.
- VA’s solution to current challenges the US healthcare C-suite is facing.
- The key motivation for using Bluetooth® LE over other technology.
- The RTLS & UCLS vision for the upcoming years in VA.
